Update: Some good news, as of this morning the Kastre family has removed the request for the HI permit. This has been and can be verified through the Cochise County Portal (click search, file type: permitting, address: 2794 W Skyline rd) .
Additionally the Kastre family will be sending the letter depicted in the image to the original recipients of the Neighbor letter.
