Please email the email address received in the initial email in regards to anything below.
Please make the subject line start with the information you are providing. For example, if you want to email images, please make the subject line “Images for Website”.
And include a brief note about what the images are about if there are many (people, places, document images, etc.). If you are going to email attachments, please only attach image files (png, jpg, jpeg) or .PDF Documents.
If you have Word docs, please export them as PDF; otherwise, they cannot be shared. Please use the subject line “Documents for Website”.
Images are preferred for other random documentation/notes, etc.
This way, the information will be organized and uploaded in a more timely manner. We will have names, numbers, and emails of contacts uploaded first (not your personal information but of public officials, county contacts, etc. that I have). Feel free to send me those. For this information please use the subject “Contact Information for Website”.
If you find any outdated, wrong or out of context information on the website, please email me with the subject line (only use one updated or new or wrong not all of them please.): “Updated/New/Wrong Information”.
We should have website user registration working in a few days so you can just upload to the website, if anyone wants to help edit and/or manage the site to make posts, review content etc, please let me know as this will move things along much quicker and we don’t have much time.
